the new abyss league unique boots have "triggers level 20 death walk when equipped"

It doesn't exist yet. It will likely be exclusive to that item (in the style of Abberath's Hooves, Whispering Ice, etc). We'll have to wait and see!

My assumption is Death Walk will be similar to the essence craft for boots that leaves a trail of burning ground as you move.
Except, in this case, it's going to be a poisonous trail. Bring back race seasons.
