Scriptorium no door to boss room

The boss room is there for sure. The entrance has no mark on minimap (just like archives 'hidden door' in the library)

Are you saying there is no door, or that the game won't let you click on the door. After you clicked on the Loose Candle, the door opened. In your last picture, you can see the word "Arena" in the open door. Click on that.
