Account got ban for no reason ?

Hey, my account got ban for no reason... i was asking for help in the chat and poof, "Your account has been banned by an admin" or somthing like that, any help?...
I just joined POE in the last week, i did nothing worng, i accutly love the game, and for no god damn reason i got perma ban... Last bumped on Nov 14, 2017, 5:36:26 AM
