GGG Purchase Invoice looks different. Xsolla?!

Hello GGG Support.
I made a recent buy (with PayPal like usual) and noticed that some new platform with the name Xsolla was involved. The invoice looks different than the variants from GGG. From what i read here and on reddit this trading platform is used for Russian based players which i'm not. So this is a bit confusing. Are now all shop paypal-transactions made via Xsolla no matter where you live and which currency you use or is there maybe another problem i am not aware off? " Looks like they tested & played with some new payment methods. The original methods should be back up soon. Edit: Xsolla is now considered as the standard payment platform, based on the last announcement which was on 16th november 2017.
