High ping / Washington Server
Since yesterday, i get around 180 ping on Washington server. I use a wired connection.

It’s job is to forward your internet traffic, and it appears to be doing that normally. If it was really dropping 65% of packets, then every hop after that would have 50-80% packet loss as well. As the traffic beyond that hop is unaffected, it appears to just be traffic management. Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.
