Why has GGG not made money off of these things that should have come free?

Aside from the ground effect, where they truly are being stubborn, all other things are due to longevity (Popularity?) of PoE over time.

That being said, they can easily charge to make annoying things "go away" or just add an option to disable them behind a IRL $ charge.

Would that piss off people as a whole as a great money maker for un-intended annoyances?
