Assassin's Mark Not Working

Hey, I'm using assassin's mark and it rarely gives me a power charge or two, actually about two during an entire map clear which isn't right imo, it says 30% chance to gain one on kill, sooo my question here is wtf is wrong?
4L: Curse on Hit - Herald of Ice - Onslaught - Assassin's Mark And no, it's not a totem or trap build. I'm Barrage/Kinetic. I have a Frost Blades Raider with the same setup without Onslaught and he's getting power charges pretty much all the time.. Last bumped on Sep 26, 2017, 12:33:12 PM

" Since your characters are hidden , one couldn't be completely sure, but most likely you aren't dealing enough Cold Damage in Critical Strikes or x% chance to Freeze in order to get Herald of Ice explosions going. If Herald of Ice can't cause explosions, it's not a Skill that's Hitting, and thus can't Curse on Hit. Need game info? Check out the Wiki at: https://www.poewiki.net/

Just use Blasphemy, linking CoH to HoI is too unreliable.
Currently being stalked around these forums by some clowns who caught feelings over being called out at being grossly inept at their job.

" Aha, thanks even though I havn't tested it yet but I assume that you know what you're talking about since I have absolutely no cold damage, so that makes sense! Might be the reason why there's alot of people running tempest's binding for ice bite? /edit: Would a flat cold dmg roll in my wand be good enough you think? So I can keep my rat's nest. Yeah the way you are doing it most of the mobs die before they are cursed.
