Gangs Momentum Legion Boots and Ngamahu Flame's Advance.

Hello.

Does Gangs Momentum Legion Boots (38% damage against ignited enemies) stack with Ngamahu Flame's Advance (35% increased damage with hits and ailments against burning enemies).

I got both and i wonder if they stack, making it 60%+ damage?

Thanks.

Well, enemies can be taking burning damage without being ignited. Also, both are INCREASED damage, not MORE, which means they are additive, not multiplicative boosts to damage (so they are added to all other sources of increased damage, rather than each being their own multiplier). Looking at your character, are you actually igniting anything?

So does it stack?
And yeah im still confused about the whole 'increased isnt more damage' still makes no sense to me =/
And yeah im igniting them pretty easily.
Ignites are a specific mechanic though. Just because something is burning doesn't mean they are ignited. As far as More vs. Increased, THIS is probably the best, easiest to understand explanation I could find.

I always thought that when you ignite an enemy that they are burning.

THis game is so confusing more times than it should.

That's right. Enemies are always burning when they take fire damage over time (that's what burning means). Ignites are specific kind of fire damage over time.

So all ignite damage is burning damage, but there are ways to deal burning damage besides just ignites.

An example: Rightious Fire burns nearby enemies. This isn't ignite damage. The bonus from Ngamahu Flame's Advance applies, the bonus from Gangs Momentum does not.
