Setting default monitor for PoE

Is there a way for PoE to launch on my 2nd monitor by default? Windows seems to remember where my programs ran last but oddly it does not for PoE.

Ok thanks. I'm also running PoE through Steam, but I don't play any other games from it so can't confirm if it's the cause.
