Chaos and Regal orb recipe from vendor ?

Iam return to POE after very long break, now how the Chaos and Regal orb recipe work.
As from gamewiki the recipe base on item level but I find out for Chaos seem right but for Regal, I try to sell a set all over item vl 75 and still don't work.
Does anybody know the change ? I can't find any new information than one set item with lv over 75.

What are you talking about? The stuff doesnt have to be quality.

The recipe is IL61-74( for chaos) and IL75+ for regal helm+ boots+gloves+ chest+ 2h ( or weapon+shield)+2x rings+ amulet+ belt. The quality recipe is a waste of time. So is chaos recipe arguably, but I maintain it's not a big deal to have a tab full of amulets and rings and throw the odd bad base unid helm or w/e in there with them. Cash in when you have a few chaos.

Chaos/regal recipes work as described. You made some mistake, check your ilvls / post a screenshot of your vendor window.

don't know why but last time I carefully check all item but regal didn't work, but later I try again and work. I also check if 1 item is <lv75 regal didn't work. So if we want to make chaos all must below 75.
Now chaos is more value than regal so do regal is not as good, and we all do >tier 10 maps so getting regal is not worth, then I just regal jewl :D

You only need 1 item in the set to be 74 or lower to get chaos. You can have all ilevel 75+ and a single item ilevel 61-74 item, and you will get chaos instead of regal.

The forumla work as expected, as wrteen on Vender receip wiki page. If it doesn't, its usually you didn't make a correct full set or item level is wrong.

you probably have one sub ilvl 75 item in there, all it takes is one.

For what it's worth, Chaos Orbs are currently worth more than Regals. I purposely keep a bunch of lvl 65ish rings so I do the Chaos recipe instead of the Regal after running red maps.

To each his own, though.

You may have the two of the same slot, ie 2x boots thinking one is say a helm. I have done this before and got angry with it until I worked out I was a scrub :P Fuck you Sinner tricorne helm looking like you belong in a boot slot
