Blind mechanics on enemies?
So, I can't seem to find much info on this.
If I blind a ranged enemy... will he still be able to attack me from a range? Or will he have to move in close? Last bumped on Aug 29, 2017, 3:09:34 PM

Ranged or melee doesn't matter, it will just reduce the victim's chance to hit (if you can evade at all...it does nothing if you have Unwavering Stance for example).

Ok. Seems useless to me, then. I don't have Unwavering, but I also have zero evasion rating.
I'm trying to figure out a 4th gem for my setup... CWDT, Immo Call, Inc Dura... (Was trying Ball Lightning + Blind instead of Inc Dura.) Either that, or a 4th gem for my Shield Charge, Faster Attacks, Fortify. |

Blind halves Chance to Hit. Unless you have Cannot Evade or the opponent Always Hits, that means Blind reduces Hit Chance from 95% to 47.5%. Blind is amazing.

" Inc Duration is really useful with IC, in my opinion. 0.7 vs 0.4 seconds of phys immunity can mean the difference between life and death. I would only ever remove it on a character that uses endurance charges to buff IC duration. Linking Blind to Shield Charge is maybe not great because only 10% chance on hit to apply.
