Stuck in loading screen

Preface: I was farming eternal lab, and I think I must have gone too fast with the perma-acceleration shrine buff. I got stuck at loading screen on the 2nd to the last room of the lab(room before last trial).

I can see my char using a 2nd PoE window/account. I can pm him and try to invite to party. It says he's in domain walkways, and it's not disconnecting him.


This is what I'm seeing in the 1st PoE window/account.

Happens to me as well and it does not even depend on map. Sometimes it is the city loading, sometimes the loading screen for my HO, etc. I have found several topics about this on forums but nobody seems to respond to them. I have already tried launching the game with the command lines, reinstalling the game, changing settings but with no effect.
