the lord's labyrinth not working

I can't seem to get the act 3 haze gardens to show up on t the Ascendancy Plaque. It's says I completed it. There's a portal right next to the trial. But nothing I waited two day and tried again. Now I'm level 50 and still can't get it to work is it a bug or something.
