Dread gearing elemental builds with Wise Oak

Hi all,
Been itching to play a bow build or another elemental build, but everytime i think about the wise oak flask it gives me such a feeling of dread for gearing. And if i don't use the flask it feels like i'd be skipping a huge offensive and defensive option.

Any alternatives flasks?
Alternative elemental bow builds or elemental builds in general that don't use wise oak?

It depends on your build and particularly flask synergies and requirements for magic flask suffixes like warding or staunching. The flask is powerful but the cost of perfectly min max your resists for maximum defensive bonus is...exhausting and far above the ability and attention span of most players.
