Crown of Eyes and Arcane Surge interaction

Crown of eyes is not converting the spell damage gained from arcane surge, in my case granted by the harbinger of the arcane skill, to attack damage. If it is, it is not displayed in the tooltip dps of my skills like cyclone or whirling blades.

I believe arcane surge grants More spell damage (separate multiplier) and only increases and decreases to spell damage apply to attack damage with crown of eyes.
Or if you played long ago, there was a patch some time ago that crown of eyes has been changed to only apply increases and decreases to spell damage to apply to attack damage. Last edited by biyte#7917 on Aug 23, 2017, 8:59:32 PM
