Thats wrong
You cannot be slowed just means you cannot be slowed from Chill and Temporal Chains. Kitava for example cannot be slowed while she can still be affected by Chill and Temporal Chains. Slow affects the time the Character needs to attack or cast spells. What you are looking for is "movement speed cannot lowered below base speed". |

Dont make sense for me why you using Meginord belt with a Starforge? Cant think of a build that this belt would be good for a huge dps weapon.

" 10% Inc Life ain't bad when you have three items that give unusual amounts of flat Life, as well as very high Strength. Flask Life is goodstuff too. The damage is probably more incidental here. |
