What % of elemental resistance to look for on rings and amulets?

Hello! I'm fairly new to the game (have about 100+ hours). I am doing a tornado shot build in harbringer league and I want to switch to instant recovery flasks but I feel like I'm lacking elemental resistance. Cold is barely above 50% and fire and lightning are over 70%. I need a better ring and amulet. What % should I look for in them? Also I would highly apreciate if someone would give me some crafting tips. Thank you!

Hmmm... crafting tips? Generally, try to get familiar with the different affixes. Increased ES + Stun and block recovery can for example both appear as single mods (which prevents you from crafting those on the item) but can also appear as a combined prefix (which does NOT disable the other two mods). Also, remember that an item can only have a maximum of 3 prefixes and 3 suffixes and 1 implicit.

I personally try to get around 30 for single resistances or over 10 for allres as res values on my jewelry, and I always try to get the resistances capped or overcapped asap.

as high as you can. if you can get a ring with 70% total res for 2 chaos and it's 20 chaos for a ring with 100% total res you know what to do. at a certain point it's not worth it anymore.

fill out resists with jewels if u need.
