Bino's poison prolif seems bugged

My build has 100% to poison, so i am killing every mob with poison on it yet bino only activates like every 20+ mobs or so.
As far as i know, this prolif should always work right? it doesn't have an internal cooldown or anything. Character is rollingchaos, feel free to check it out. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes Last bumped on Aug 16, 2017, 6:33:02 AM

Equiped "south bound" gloves today, to do some further testing, ensuring all of my enemy's are destroyed by poison.
Still bino's prolif only seems to function 1/10 of the amount it should. Was this given an internal cooldown or something weird? Also poison duration doesn't show in the character sheet, no mater if i support it with unbound ailments and passive poison duration investment. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
