Disconnect while loading a new area.

Hello, since the patch 3.0.b that's when this problem started giving me trouble. The problem manifests in this way: Whenever I start the game, I'm choosing my character when I get to enter the area(town, map, doesn't matter), I get disconnected from the game, 2nd time I try entering the same area, I enter it whitout any problems. So why is this a problem? Simple, every time I enter a map, I'm losing one sometimes 2 portals to this problem, then I can enter the same map whitout any problems, and while it's disconnecting me, firstly it freezes in loading for like 1 to 3 minutes leaving me unable to do anything, not evn minimize, could enter task manager after countless tries but would end up closing the game and starting it to have the same problem.

Stuff I tried to fix this bug: adding --noasync to the shortcut(removed it the same problem)
- changing direct x to dx9 dx9ex dx11, same problem
- changing multithreading same problem
- changing UI network setting from auto to locked and do predictible(don't remember the 3rd option name)
- reinstalled the client 2 times

Did everything I could've think of. So if I missed something or people experienced this kind of bug and somehow fixed it, please tell me the way you ddi or anything that can help me, it's getting unbearable.
Problems are not from my connection or hardware or anything from my pc(I can say that for sure) because when the patch 3.0 was released I played 2 whole days(30h total) whitout experiencing this bug, by the time patch 3.0.b was released the bug started showing up rarely, then it ended up showing every time I change the area or enter a new area. Didn't install any other stuff on my PC, didn't update, played with antivirus then playing with antivirus now(tried disabling it didn't do anything). Installed a VPN to login from a different IP in hope it is from my internet, didn't do any thing. Someone please help me.

Downloaded a content.gpk from another player with no disconnects like me whatsoever, dimensions differ between him and mine, still the same problem. I get disconnected whenever I enter a new area.

Tried running the game with steam in the hope that will fix it. I got the problem on both clients. Antivirus uninstalled, router firewall disabled, settings as low as possible. Bug persists.
