Kishara`s Start Quest

I did not complete the quest 'Kishara`s star' when act 7 passed and now when I want to go through it, it simply does not exist in the quests and even when I opened the chest where it is located there is nothing there.

In case someone else was googling this, you need to go back to Act 6 and kill the brine king. you have the wp in std automatically if you were in maps. Then choose to sail to act 7 and wayland will give you this quest and the silver locket in act7.

He's missing from a7 until you do, hence not seeing it.
