Apprentice Cartographer achievement not registering

Just completed all white maps in Harbinger SC, with bonus objectives, including Vaults of Atziri and Hallowed Ground. Achievement didn't pop.
Relogged with my standard character with 126/126 atlas, typed /recheck_achievements, got Shaper and Shaper Memos, but still no achievements for full atlas, all whites, all yellows, all reds. So either all of those are bugged, or they are hidden behind some additional conditions. Like fullclear or whatever. Please, help. IGN: Zurgle. Steam ID: zuthuzu. also noticed this, i have them all done as well and did not receive the achievement.

Yes all three achievements (white, yellow, red) are bugged.

I also tried the Apprentice Cartographer on standard, to include unshaping the 5 white maps and undoing/redoing Vaults of Atziri.

Same for me. Completed all white maps on Atlas in Harbinger league. Didn't unlock.

Bumping this, didn't see this was already reported. I created a new thread.

Fun fact: all three achievements just procced for me. So either GGG have fixed their awarding backend, or I have randomly stumbled upon the unglitching sequence of events.
It started with me doing the last non-unique map on the atlas. As soon as the boss dropped, 'all red' popped out. I did one yellow then, 'all yellow' popped, and one white for 'all white'. To reiterate: there are still about 5 unfinished unique maps in my atlas, but this was the last regular one, all with a bonus objective. IGN: Zurgle. Steam ID: zuthuzu. I'm rarely online ingame, most of the time online in steam.

Today I did a magic T1 map in standard & got it, then a rare T7 & got the next one.
