Life Flask of Staunching does not remove bleeding

I have a Pathfinder with 46% increased effect of flasks.
I can remove bleeding stacks with a Bubbling Hallowed Life Flast of Staunching without Problems.

If I use the Conqueror's Potency Jewel, thereby getting over 50% Flask effect,
the flask will not remove bleeding anymore; as soon as I remove the jewel, the flask will work again.

all staunching is having a bug to remove bleed on USE effect
sadly it works 50% depending on skills used in pvp flask almost never removes bleeding

Further testing:

The bug does not occur with a Quicksilver Flask of Staunching nor with a Seething or Perpetual Hallowed Life Flask of Staunching

The Bubbling Life Flask of Staunichng removes bleeding normally if I remove a flask effect node, keeping the Conquerors Potency Jewel but still dropping below 50% flask effect.

As soon as i get above 50% the flask will never remove bleeding

(tested against trio bleeding boss in apex of sacrifice)

Can we get this looked at?

I've died several times due to bleeding.

I have both the remove bleed flask, and I am a pathfinder. When I remove the Potency Jewel , I no longer have this issue.

Any word on this?
this also effects Catalysed Eternal life flask.
