Cannot Open door in The Caverns

This error is given when trying to open the door directly in front of the waypoint portal in The Caverns.
The error states "This door cannot be opened at this time". I do not know how to upload screenshots from my pc to this forum Or I would give you an image of the error. Last bumped on Aug 9, 2017, 3:33:46 PM

I figured it out. I did not turn in the Bandit quest therefor i did not allow me to open the door.
