Steam ID login for client?

Hi folks, I have generally played PoE through Steam, but I am currently limited to using the client at the moment. Is there a way I can log into my Steam PoE account through the client?

Hey,
If you send an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com they can add log in credentials to your Path of Exile account so you can log into it directly instead of going through Steam. They'd need the following information;
