Meet Innocence at Kitava's Horns

As title says, i'm at that quest in act 10, it makes 0 sense to me. Where can i find Kitava's Horns ?

Go to the waypoint in The Ravaged Square. You basically can't miss him.
Today… by divine decree… your patch of Excel, begins.

Thanks for the post it helped me too! But I realized that the destination selection turned red via the way point so to help future visitors, I mention this!
