s. description of Corrupted Energy Jewel: " In a similar fashion to Mind Over Matter, Corrupted Energy requires the character to be hit for the effect to take place. For this reason, it has no effect with damage over time. Edit: GGG changes Mind Over Matter in 3.0 also for "damage over time", but this jewel seems to have yet the old behavior (only on hit chaos/poison/bleed damage).
