Tech problem: I can't see the Skill Tree ,nor my character data on the website

As the title say, I'm unable to open the passive skill tree on the website and I don't see my character on the bottom.
I've tried it with Firefox 10.0.1, Chrome 17 and IE 8. This problem is from about 2-3 days. Any ideas what may cause this problem? |

Hello. So I just tested this in Firefox 10.0 and Chrome 18.0.10 and got the skill tree to load. My characters are showing up properly too. I even tried disabling all my add ons in Firefox and starting with a fresh cache but have not had any problems.
Does the passive skill tree begin loading at all? Can you try clearing your browser cache, and disabling any add ons you have and trying again. You haven't disabled javascript have you? If that doesn't work can you hit f12 before loading and check to see if any error messages appear in the console. There have been code changes recently to the Skill Tree and character stuff so it is possible something is causing an issue for you. I just need to be able to reproduce the problem. I have the same problem on different PCs with different browsers. Is it maybe an account based issue?

" Yes, that's the screen I got too! I've tried to clear the cache, disabling the adds in Firefox but with no success :( I'm typing this from work where I use the same brouser and everything is just fine. |

" Glad that you got it to work. It is worrying that it worked after a Windows update. " It doesn't appear to be an account based issue. I tested it on a copy of your account and it works fine for me. Please try clearing your cache and disabling any add ons if you haven't yet. Also make sure you are running the latest versions of each browser. I thought that you may have javascript disabled but if spoiler tags are working for you then that isn't the case. Failing the above you could try loading a page with an error console open. Here is how to open it in chrome http://code.google.com/chrome/devtools/docs/overview.html Just click the console tab and refresh the page and let me know if there are any errors.
