migration to 3.0: change bandits reward

My characters got migrated from 2.6 to 3.0
Now my bandit reward is +2 passives skill points. (at least this is what is says when typing '/passives' in the chat console.) In https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1930316 it says it would be possible to talk to Eramir and to change the bandit reward once! This change of the bandits reward is not offered to me when i talk to Eramir in the Forest Encampment. Last bumped on Oct 28, 2017, 4:38:52 PM

Should be "change the reward once or get 20 Orbs of Regret" ... because I had to change it for that price now.

I think it the same for all chars in standard but ggg remains silent
