Cant change my Deal with the Bandits reward

In the patch notes it says

All characters that had completed the Deal with the Bandits quest in Act 2 Normal now have the Eramir reward of 2 passive skill points. All bandit rewards from Cruel and Merciless no longer exist. Players who want to change their bandit reward choice have a one-time-only option to change it by talking to Eramir and taking one of his books. These books are character-locked, so if you decide later that you don't want to change your choice, you can get rid of the book by typing /destroy. This does not give you another opportunity to choose a bandit reward, so choose carefully!

But when I talk to Eramir he does not offer me any book.

Haven't tried this myself so i don't know if it's working, but do you have 2 passive points free when you talk to Eramir? I'm assuming you'd need the 2 points available to give back before claiming a new reward.

I tried before and after choosing my new passive skills and it was the same.

But, when i tried with my templar it said the quest was not finished and i had to get 2 of the pieces. I tried, but the bandits did not drop them so it was impossible to do it.

Same problem. Broken.

Eramir wont talk to me..., Game tells me to kill Kraiten and Alira (again), they dont drop anything, and Oak is upset because I cannot bring back the amulets.

Geezus is there anything GGG cannot mess up ?

any news on this? whats the deal?

I have respecced one marauder, and he has exactly the same amount of passives he had before the patch. But before the patch I had the oak life bonus and 1 extra endurance charge...

so why have I got the same amount of passives? I havent chosen a bandit, Im not offered any bandit books, surely I should have 2 extra points because I dont have any bandits? wheres my books to chose a new bandit choice if I want them? Whats going on?

ok I just found 2 passive points in epilogue town! lol

this whole thing is so confusing. I still dont get offered the bandit books, where do I get them? Am I doing it right? Im talking to erimir in act2 and act7?

I have tried with all my chars and i see that i have got the 2 passive points reward but Eramir does not offer me any book. But, with my Templar I see that the quest is unfinished which is impossible being in act 5. And when it says it´s unfinished, i cant get the necklaces to complete it.
