Legacy atziri's disfavour became usual 3.0.0 version

I had atziri's disfavour on 79lvl character and it was with bleed on hit (like 100% chance), but since it was moved to standard it become 25% chance. Isn't supposed to be legacy version?

It seems to be like that, but it's not.

I knew there would be changes to bleed/poison, that's why I bought it in legacy. Now it's kinda useless.
And it's so strange that people can trade with legacy disfavours in standard and I don't have mine for my play purposes :D
