Cannot Reclaim Skill Gem Effects

Now that my Level 91 self found Necromancer has been migrated to the Standard League, I find I cannot reclaim the 2 skill gem effects I have been using, Ghostflame Raging Spirit Effect, and Raise Mummy Skin. In the microtransaction area, they are marked as "In Use". Curiously, the effect is no longer marked on my Summon Raging Spirit gem or my Raise Zombie gem.

I'm having this same issue. I have a Blue Cyclone that appears to be stuck on the Cyclone it's applied to. Nothing seems to be able to remove it, and it doesn't even show up on the tooltip for Cyclone itself. I had to find it by testing out each character's Cyclone to see the color....

Go to your character's inventory, switch to the Cosmetics tab, find the (insert skill here) skill gem, and set the skill effect to the default one (it's a red X icon).
