BUG : Garukhan's Flight Stealth Boots

hi ! when a character is equiped of garukhan's boot and when it walk, it regenererated 100 life per second while moving ... but when this charater use the skill cyclone, the regeneration of garukhan's boots stop, and never work again even when the character stop of use the skill and walk simply ...

after the attack of build cyclone, we must removed the boots and put it back for that the regeneration of boots work again, and continued like this ... it's impossible of play correctly like this ...

i made several test and this bug is only with the skill cyclone, when a other skill is used as for example : blade vortex, blafe furry, lacerate, spectral throw there's nothing problem of regeneration and the boot work good ... and same the others movement skill as : ficker strike or flame dash how are of movement skill too like cyclone don't have this probleme of regeneration with the boots ... this probleme is only when we use the build cyclone ...
