More than 6 affixes?

That dagger actually has only 5 affixes:
Squire's (10% increased physical damage, +6 accuracy)
Conjuror's (13% spell damage, +13 mana)
Burnished (+5-8 physical damage)
of the Lynx (+13 dexterity)
of Ire (11% crit multiplier)

It has to be Squire's because the minimum amount on pure % physical is 20%.
It has to be Conjuror's because the minimum amount on pure mana is 15. Plus it would be four prefixes, which is impossible.
