Molten Strike: Point Blank an upgrade?

Hard to tell if its an upgrade or not, since the sheet dps doesn't show the projectile damage. Can anyone tell me if its a dps upgrade or not, thank you!

Well if the the mechanics haven't changed then the breakpoint for bonus turning negative is 35 units. Unless you have lots of AoE, MS projectiles do not fly that far, so it should work fine.

Far as I know Point Blank is good at least for single target. No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
