GTX 1050 TI FPS Lag ?

Hi Exile, i just want to know if my pc specs is not sufficient running path of exile @ 1080 @ 60FPS when Clashing too many mobs, In the city or when there is not a lot of mobs i can get about a 90 to 105 fps.

MyPC specs
Intel Core i3 3220 @ 3.3GHZ
8GB 2x4GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 1050 TI 4GB

just started path of exile about a week when i'm in my low level i didn't notice the Fps lag. but now that i'm in finish in the game and doing end game maps especially when clashing too many mobs.
Example is i have a 3 active leagustone i have Breach and beyond when i clash in breach many mobs will appear + the mobs of the beyond and my FPS will drop @ 15FPS i tried to lower my resolution and lower the graphics settings i lower the resolution @ 1366x768 and my FPS got worse it become 45FPS with no mobs just standing..

My Current Graphics Settings
Resolution: 1920x1080
Vsync: OFF
Anti Aliasing: 2x
Post Processing: ON
Shake: ON
Shadow: High
AFilter: 16x

A couple of things;

- You use the word lag in the title but refer to framerate in your post. I'm going to assume we're talking about framerate. They are vastly different things, with different causes and different solutions.

- The bottleneck for you is your processor, not the graphics card.

- Turning off shadows will likely help a lot.

I mean you are planing on gaming and you got an i3? ridiculous
