Permanent loading screen

Hi, the problem is that i can't play any char because of permanent loading screen.
3 or 4 days ago i downloaded PoE from https://www.pathofexile.com, install it. I create a char for the new event, enter Lioneye's Watch and log out.
The day after that i wasn't able to enter any char i had in any league.
Neither PoE from officical site nor Steam PoE work.
I am sure i have enough RAM and video memory because i played few months ago without any problems or lags.
That loading screen is annoying! GGG, pls, i wanna play!

Same issue here on a Lenovo X1 Carbon.
