" No worries, they'll probably destroy most of the working builds we have currently. Double dipping will be wrecked, ES - wrecked, why not just go ahead and wreck everything :) I've called it, it'll be like PoE 2.0 - we'll have 2-3 usable builds, everything else will be in the gutters, everyone will cry about it in the beta feedback forum, it will be mostly ignored, then GGG will start slowly fixing it in the course of a few months, they will overnerf the 2-3 usable builds and introduce some new broken mechanics for players to abuse the fuck out of. You have to be realistic about these things.

Well at this point, I am nor surprised that they are into gutting things.
As usual I will keep playing game making changes to be somewhat viable. But PoE isnt much about build diversity anymore is what I have been saying for a while, yet people dont seem to realize it until now. Its still their game and even if you paid 1000s or 100s of dollars they will do what they like, not what you like for them to do, if they want to make game less about diversity and completely destroying this or that and continue to do so? Nothing. |

" Nah, I don't think stacking Lightning damage Meta will go away at all. Elemental Bows in general (Signal Shot) as well. Bows, Spectral Throw and Projectiles in general. Oh, BV is still OP. Blade Flurry still OP. So yeah probably Elemental Projectiles (if it wasn't already given everyone was either some sort of HoWa ST, Wander or Vaal Fireballer) meta incoming. Same for many existing meta or more or less meta builds ike SRS or Flameblast. BV and BF are actually kinda bad right now. Yes, they have excellent single target damage, but with the AOE component gutted, the endgame clearspeed is meh. They're good only if you want to make a dedicated boss killer build.
You have to be realistic about these things.
