Does Caer Blaidd unique map unlock underground river?

Normal Underground River map completed with bonus, though I never ran this map.

Ran some Caer Blaidd, Wolfpack's Den maps before (Tier 10 and old(?) Tier 5). Does the unique map (completed long before) complete the normal Underground River map?

If you're running legacy maps, they unlock equivalent tier maps since the legacy tier is different. So you may have run a legacy map of the same tier as underground river and got it unlocked that way.

No, the only legacy maps i ran was Caer Blaidd and that is Tier 5. So it should unlocks a Tier 5 map on atlas. But instead - as it seems - it unlocks a Tier 10 (because non legacy Caer Blaidd is Tier 10?).
