how can i see my emailadress that is registered with the poe account?

hi,
i dont remember the email address i registered my poe account with. i am logged in on this website, but i have no idea where the beta key, if i would get one, will be sent to. i can only set a new email address but i cant see my current one. is there any way to see it? Hello,
If you have a standalone account then you use that to log in. Either you've been typing it while logging into the game, or it is saved (but still displayed) at the log in screen. If you have a Steam account linked to your Path of Exile account, then you most likely do not have an e-mail address associated with your account. If GGG ever need to get in touch with you, e.g. to send you a beta key, they can send you a PM here through the website. |

i had an email address before, but linked it with my steam account later on. in the options it still tells me i can change my email address. so there should be one for this account, right? |

I believe the page always says that regardless.
Your best bet is probably to e-mail support@grindinggear.com and ask. |

sent an email but did not get an email or a message on this website back. i assume the problem is that they send the email to the registered email instead of the one i am using to contact them.

" They'll respond to the e-mail address used to contact them, though if they don't recognise it they may ask a few questions in an effort to verify your identity. Better safe than sorry! The queue's been hit very hard by the launch of the beta. They'll get back to you as soon as they can, but I've seen some people say they haven't received a response in 30 hours. :/ |

solution: just reset your password on this website by requesting a new password to the email address and check your email addresses until you find the right account :) thanks for helping me |
