Helm: Hubris, 400+es. t1 enchant= 30% chance to not consume charges, t2=discharge dmg %
Wep: Cospris, Prioritize IAS Shield: 500+ es Titanium shield. Spell Damage Shields are always better than hyrbid es% ones (if spell dmg is 40+) Chest: Voll's 6L. If leveling, and in new league, 4L is all you need to get going. Rings: Elreon. -12 mana total at least. Diamond is BiS, but you can use res rings if neccessary to cap. Don't put ES% on unless the regal'd mod added is above mastercrafted value. Don't buy rings that are -8 over rings that are -4 if you are going for an end game multimoddable ring--- in most cases you will need to divine the es% anyways, as the roll is 5-20 (15+ is acceptable). Boots: Deaths Door. 0.6% leech is bis. Can consider using IAS if you are perma running Warlords mark. Belt: HH for mapping. Crystal Belt with ES%, armor, MS, res, res (or flask mod, and Hysteria mod is bis for non mapping scenarios. 80es flat is more useful than +1 end corruption in most cases. +1 endurance doryanis is acceptable as a starter belt. Gloves: Sorc Gloves. 200+ es minimum. Insanity are BiS. Go for es 200+, then prioritize accuracy, ias, int, res. Amulet: volls devo. Max res->Curse->IAS->Clean->Leech->Movespeed. They are too cheap atm to not use one of these corruptions (unless fresh league) Chest corruption: max res-> +1 gems. Jewels: For clearspeed, quad ias is best. Will depend on your levels/gem levels/map tier, but for strand famring these are best. ias with swords (8%), ias 1hweps/shields (6%), ias (5%), ias and cast (4%) For damage, crit multi is best. 66% is max. Aim for at least 3 modded multi jewels if you are to use them. spell dmg/area dmg/spell shield/es etc are all fine mods, and can produce good jewels, but opportunity cost wise the above will be superior. Use energy from within. And Intuitive leap. Gems: discharge, CD, inc aoe (swap conc) Cyclone,inc crit are the only 2 mandatory links. Choose from the following thereafter: IAS, Accuracy (no need if 90+% chance on hit from gear), CoC, Discharge, Warlords Mark, Assassin's Mark, Fortify, Increased AoE. Shield Charge-> inc aoe-> FA-> inc crit (due to changes in area radius, we need inc aoe here now to feel smooth, even with dying sun. this results in a 1:1 swap with fortify, replace via chest linked to cyclone if you need the extra defense) Auras: Discipline, Herald of Ice (can do CoH WM here if you want) -- these two are core. HoI will greatly improve clearspeed. Thereafter you can choose between-> purities or Blasphemy+ WM Look at my character "B_E_L_T_O_N" in legacy for tree.
