Where to download POE (PH)

I live in the philippines and i have no idea where to download this game. i tried the Download now in this website but it stuck in checking resources. i tried it at garena and changed it to singapore, i saw no poe and i tried malaysia, still no poe. Need help to download this game

How long are you waiting before deciding it's stuck?
Depending on the state of your HDD it can take several minutes (upto 10 or more) as the installer checks the available space before it starts allocating it then downloading into it Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
