This Hubris Circlet is asking for a T1 Increased ES prefix so bad

As the title says, I managed to craft using alterations and regals this high tier rolls Circlet (T1 Intelligence, T1 Max ES and T2 Increased ES + Stun and Block) and it has a precious prefix slot for a T1 ES roll with exalts.
The problem is that I'm poor and I have no exalts at all (but I can farm them), so my idea is to put this item on sale and let someone else roll that prefix before 3.0 nerfs the sh*t out of it.
I tried to pricecheck it via poe.trade and poe.prices and doesn't look like the prices are accurate at all, so if someone knows how much does this item worth or how to correctly pricecheck it I would really appreciate that.
