Basically I was wondering how usable southbound is. Good life + decent res + a bit of damage was tempting, but drawback is a bit crippling. Most things shatter or burn, but rares with life regen are a bitch, and you can't do "90% chance to avoid ailments" maps. Overall not worth it

if i were you, id go for some other gloves, and just get ele weakness curse on hit on the gloves.

Yeah I know, I wanted to see how far I could take Southbounds and how it felt, I know it's not optimal.

Southbound are very good for pure RF and to proc on kill effects with dot from traps.

Btw, imo elemental claw builds scale better dualwielding with doryani (flurry or reave) than with a shield
