I have a question, is this intentional that this jewel is not woking when there is trap support gem linked with cold snap?

The trap gets the kill -> trap gets the power charge. Not a bug.

Traps and Mines are separate entities ("npcs") yes. That's how they can be destroyed, and why you don't suffer the Reflect from their damage :)
Traps and Mines most likely have a maximum of zero Charges, because they cannot meaningfully benefit from them. |
