Headhunter in Standard game softcore

Is there a way to get a headhunter in standard game by using the map with nemesis mod on it? or chance a leather belt ?

By chancing leather belt in map with nemesis mod (through zana map device). But zana mods are not activated right now bcos of legacy mechanics.

You can also farm the specific card sets associated with HH which are The Doctor and The fiend (those two sets give you HH)
More common sets Time-Lost Relic and Jack in the Box can give you one too but chance for getting one is rly small.

Forget about random drop, not even worth the cost

In SC to get a headhunter, these are the solid methods

1, the simplest way is always get the money and buy one out right from other players, or buy the according div card set, the doctor and the fiend, which is cheaper you need to do calculation first. currently the cheapest headhunter (broken corruption ones) cost only around 70ex, not very expensive if you ask me, and it's actually cheaper than LSC.

2, card gambling, specifically the Valkyrie card gambling, better do it in LSC, with LSC price, it's about 1ex a pop. There are 6 nemesis only unique, and two of them are expensive, headhunter ofc and berek's respite, if you try 10 sets, you should at least get a taming, I mean it does not make your money back but you won't feel too bad. The wretched is also a choice, and much cheaper per set, but trying to get headhunter from 20+ unique belts, and most of them are very very low tier uniques? that's like buy 5 dollar lottery and winning 10 million, it could happen but not really, at least not worth put your wealth on it.

3, farming the doctor and the fiend card from specific map, in SC people often have at least one complete char at high level, turn that one into a quantity MFer and farm div card is not a bad idea

4, betting on GGG keep the leaguestone system in the game, by which I mean buying a butt load of white nemesis league stone for farming and wait for legacy league to end, it cost 1c or less so with some investment you can hoard dozen pages of them, with nemesis mod you wouldn't just want a quantity farmer, rarity is also important, a dedicated whakawairua light radius farmer is actually the best for this, search forum for that build.

5, hoard a lot, i mean a lot of white leather belts (everytime level up, raid the vendors), and chancing them, chance and scouring sure but more costly, this is going to give you carpal tunnel syndrome
