delete and unshape a map

I have shaped a map canyon from 6 to tier 11.

I want to unshape it and delete it.

Can i just delete it so the map will be unshaped too? So i can shape my other tier 6 map to 11? Or do i need to unshape it first?

Hi,

I am afraid you can't just skip a step just like that. You got to unshape/downgrade the map first using Unshaping Orb. And then use a "Journeyman Cartographer's Seal" to un-complete the map.

Vendor Recipe for Unshaping Orb:
5 x Orbs of Regret
20 x Cartographer's Chisels

Vendor Recipe for Journeyman Cartographer's Seal:
3 x Journeyman Cartographer's Sextant
1 x Orb of Scouring

Recipe are as accordingly to map tier with the following colors, white/yellow/red.

Also to share with you, it applies the same method for the rest of the map base, eg; if the map is base tier 1 to 5 (eg; jungle valley, crystal ores and etc), you will use 3 xApprentice Cartographer's Sextant + 1 x Orb of Scouring vendor recipe, if it's tier 6 - 10, you will use Journeyman's and lastly if it is red, you will use the Master's Cartographer Sextant instead.
