Cant turn off private profile

Trying to sell some currency on POE.currency and it is saying ....
Your items are not showing because your profile is set to private. You need to disable "Set profile as private" in your account privacy settings. After you've done that, send a PM to the poexyzis account. After going in and turning it off re sending the code it is still saying its set on private? No idea what I'm doing wrong... I've taken a look at both of your profiles, and they both show 0 characters, 0 achievements, 0 challenges completed in Legacy League, etc. The reason for this is that you appear to be logging into a different account on the website than the one you're using in-game. This is why PoE.Trade can't access your characters - you're changing the setting on the wrong account. Normally this happens when people play Path of Exile through Steam, but do not log into the website using Steam. Even if your Steam and Path of Exile accounts have the same e-mail address and password, they're separate accounts created with different companies. Log out of the website, go to the log in page, and make sure you sign in through Steam so that you're using the correct account. Then you'll need to start from scratch with PoE.Trade, as it's a fan-made website and won't know your two accounts both belong to the same person.  "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."
