Does Carnage Heart leeching damage bonus apply when leeching mana?

So with the new Carnage Heart, it says 30-40% increased damage while leeching. Does that include mana leech? I want to be sure that if I take vaal pact, I will still be able to get that bonus.

The game developers are generally very careful with their wording, so I'd put it at about a 90% chance the answer is Yes.

Just went and tested it (Got a VP character with some mana leech, went to some random zone in normal that won't deal damage to me, bottomed out my mana then got myself leeching)
Looks like it DOES work. Managed to make my 906 DPS tooltip go up to ~970 DPS. |
