Fracture nemesis mod on fire golems

Apparently the fracture nemesis mod doesn't seems to work properly on the fire golems in Kaom's stronghold. Once you kill one of them they won't spawn smaller enemies, this has happened 4/4 times till now so I'm pretty convinced that this was not just a one time bug.
