hey, i have a simple rare map.
is this a 8 mod map? and if it's not.. why?

It's a 6 mod map. 8 mod map can only be made with Vaal Orb.

Your mods are:
1.Area has increased monster variety
2.Area has patches of desecrated ground
3.17% more Monster Life
Monsters cannot be Stunned
4.Monsters have 45% increased Area of Effect

Nope. One mod does not necessarily mean one line of text, especially for maps. In your case, life and can't be stunned are the same mod, and boss damage and speed are the same mod.
